Medina/Pingree-Buchanan (Medina, ND) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Strasburg/Zeeland Clippers (Strasburg, ND), 56-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Medina/Pingree-Buchanan upgrades its record to 11-8 on the season. The host Oakes (Oakes, ND) to clash with the Tornadoes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Tornadoes go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Oakes won 74-71 in their recent non-league bout against Lisbon (Lisbon, ND)
