New York High School Basketball - Moriah over Northeastern Clinton
February 8, 2024: Port Henry, NY 12974 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Moriah Vikings (Port Henry, NY) and the visiting Northeastern Clinton Cougars (Champlain, NY), saw Moriah's basketball squad overcome Northeastern Clinton by a tally of 85-66.
With the victory, Moriah improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY) to confront the Bobcats in a Section 7 Champlain Valley II challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-6. Northern Adirondack lost 83-43 in their recent league challenge against Beekmantown (Plattsburgh, NY)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Beekmantown Eagles (Plattsburgh, NY) in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Northeastern Clinton will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 83-43 league win over Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY).
