The McConnellsburg Spartans basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Southern Fulton Indians to 35 in the Spartans league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shade for a non-league contest on Monday, February 12. McConnellsburg will battle a Panthers team coming off a 75-29 league loss to Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-19.
