February 8, 2024: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Phillipsburg Stateliners (Phillipsburg, NJ) and the visiting West Morris Central Wolfpack (Chester, NJ), saw Phillipsburg's basketball squad hold off West Morris Central by a tally of 61-57.
With the victory, Phillipsburg improves its record to 14-7 on the campaign. The Stateliners travel to Belvidere (Belvidere, NJ) to confront the County Seaters in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 10. The County Seaters come into the challenge with a record of 11-10. Belvidere lost 72-62 in their recent league challenge against Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ)
Next up, the Wolfpack confront the Mount St. Dominic Academy Lions (Caldwell, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 10. West Morris Central will attempt to improve on its 14-12 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 48-35 non-league win over Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ).
