In Saturday's non-league test, the Powell County Wardens (Deer Lodge, MT) basketball squad defeated the visiting Darby Tigers (Darby, MT), by a score of 49-31.

Next, the Wardens clash with the Loyola-Sacred Heart Rams (Missoula, MT) in a B District 6 test, on Tuesday, February 11. Powell County will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Rams come into the test with a 14-1 record after their 95-36 league win over Anaconda (Anaconda, MT).
