Indiana High School Basketball - Taylor can't hold off Frankton

February 8, 2025: Frankton, IN 46044

Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN), 51-44 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Frankton advances its record to 9-8 on the year. The Eagles host Wabash (Wabash, IN) to face the Apaches in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. The Apaches enter the match with a record of 0-17. Wabash lost 46-43 in their recent league match against Lewis Cass (Walton, IN)

The Titans now own a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lapel for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. Taylor will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 65-52 non-league win over Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-5.
