California High School Basketball - San Diego knocked off by Montgomery

February 8, 2025: San Diego, CA 92101

In Saturday's non-league test, the Montgomery Aztecs (San Diego, CA) basketball squad knocked off the host San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA), by a score of 65-49.

Next, the Aztecs encounter the Victory Christian Academy Knights (Chula Vista, CA) in a Metro - South Bay test, on Tuesday, February 11. Montgomery will attempt to improve on its 24-2 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 14-12 record after their 62-52 non-league win over Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA).

The Cavers (21-5) will now prepare for their test against St. Joseph Academy (San Marcos, CA). The Crusaders come into the non-league test with a 8-18 record. In their last test, St. Joseph Academy was knocked off by Olympian (Chula Vista, CA), 83-49, in a non-league test.
