February 8, 2025: Woodstock, VT 05091 In Saturday's league test, the White River Valley Wildcats (Royalton, VT) basketball squad knocked off the host Woodstock Wasps (Woodstock, VT), by a score of 59-41.
Next, the Wildcats encounter the Leland & Gray Rebels (Townshend, VT) in a Southern Vermont - C test, on Tuesday, February 11. White River Valley will attempt to improve on its 17-0 season record. The Rebels come into the test with a 2-13 record after their 46-37 league win over Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH).
The Wasps (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Green Mountain (Chester, VT). The Chieftains come into the Southern Vermont - C test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Green Mountain beat Springfield (Springfield, VT), 45-38, in a league test.
