Rhode Island High School Ice Hockey - St. George's knocks off Buckingham Browne & Nichols
February 8, 2025: Middletown, RI 02842 In Saturday's league contest, the host St. George's Dragons ice hockey team scored a nice 9-1 triumph over the Buckingham Browne & Nichols Knights.
The Dragons (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Rivers (Weston, MA). The Red Wings enter the battle with a 15-5 record. In their last battle, Rivers notched a victory over Belmont Hill (Belmont, MA), 6-3, in a league battle.
The Knights now possess a 5-16 record. They play next when they host Groton School for a battle on Wednesday, February 12. Buckingham Browne & Nichols will confront a squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Proctor Academy (Andover, NH). The record now stands at 16-10.
