The Banner Christian (Chesterfield, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA), 79-48 in Thursday's non-league test.

The (17-6) will now prepare for their test against Tidewater Academy (Wakefield, VA). The Warriors go into the VISAA Division III test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Tidewater Academy walloped Fuqua (Farmville, VA), 59-51, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 1-20 record. They play next when they travel to North Cross for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 15.
