Colorado High School Basketball - Frederick crushes Skyline

February 9, 2023: Longmont, CO 80501

Frederick Golden Eagles (Frederick, CO) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Skyline Falcons (Longmont, CO), 97-52 in a league bout.

With the victory, Frederick upgrades its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO) to play the Eagles in a 5A/4A Longs Peak bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 14-7. Thompson Valley won 64-59 in their recent league bout against Severance (Severance, CO)

Next up, the Falcons play the Northridge Grizzlies (Greeley, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak bout, on Saturday, February 11. Skyline will attempt to upgrade on its 5-15 season record. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a 6-14 record after their 70-59 league loss to Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO).
