Colorado High School Basketball - Platte Valley nips Frontier Academy
February 9, 2023: Greeley, CO 80634 Platte Valley Broncos (Kersey, CO) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Frontier Academy Wolverines (Greeley, CO), 53-46 in a league bout.
With the victory, Platte Valley upgrades its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Fort Lupton (Fort Lupton, CO) to play the Bluedevils in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Bluedevils come into the bout with a record of 18-2. Fort Lupton won 56-51 in their recent non-league bout against The Pinnacle (Federal Heights, CO)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Windsor Charter Academy Firebirds (Windsor, CO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 13. Frontier Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Firebirds come into the bout with a 13-2 record after their 56-51 non-league win over SkyView Academy (Highlands Ranch, CO).
