New York High School Basketball - Tapestry nips Global Concepts
February 9, 2023: Lackawanna, NY 14218 Tapestry Thunderhawks (Buffalo, NY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Global Concepts Gators (Lackawanna, NY), 53-48 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Tapestry upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Thunderhawks travel to Burgard (Buffalo, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 8-5. Burgard won 54-45 in their recent league bout against City Honors (Buffalo, NY)
Next up, the Gators play the Buffalo Academy for Visual & Performing Arts Cavaliers (Buffalo, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Global Concepts will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 74-48 league win over Emerson Vo-Tech (Buffalo, NY).
