February 9, 2023: Baton Rouge, LA 70802 The Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA) basketball felled the visiting Parkview Baptist Eagles (Baton Rouge, LA), 52-43 in Thursday's league test.
The (27-2) will now prepare for their test against Port Allen (Port Allen, LA). The Pelicans go into the 3A District 6 test with a 25-2 record. In their last test, Port Allen thwarted University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA), 69-51, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 13-12 record. They play next when they host French Settlement for a non-league test on Monday, February 13. Parkview Baptist will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 75-32 league win over Springfield (Springfield, LA). The Lions record now stands at 27-4.
