January 17, 2023: Baton Rouge, LA 70816 The Parkview Baptist Eagles (Baton Rouge, LA) basketball knocked off the visiting East Feliciana Tigers (Jackson, LA), 53-42 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Glen Oaks (Baton Rouge, LA). The Panthers go into the 3A District 6 test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Glen Oaks notched a victory over St. Helena College and Career Academy (Greensburg, LA), 58-51, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Scotlandville for a non-league test on Thursday, January 19. East Feliciana will battle a Hornets team coming off a 54-36 non-league win over Booker T. Washington (New Orleans, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 20-2.
