Wisconsin High School Basketball - Siren overwhelms Birchwood
February 9, 2023: Siren, WI 54872 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Siren Dragons (Siren, WI) and the visiting Birchwood Bobcats (Birchwood, WI), saw Siren's basketball squad wallop Birchwood by a tally of 62-29.
With the victory, Siren improves its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Dragons host Northwood (Minong, WI) to play the Evergreens in a Lakeland - West challenge on Friday, February 10. The Evergreens come into the challenge with a record of 5-15. Northwood lost 40-29 in their recent league challenge against Webster (Webster, WI)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Solon Springs Eagles (Solon Springs, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Birchwood will attempt to improve on its 1-16 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 13-8 record after their 68-42 league loss to Hurley (Hurley, WI).
