Central Cambria Red Devils (Ebensburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA), 57-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Central Cambria upgrades its record to 7-13 on the season. The Red Devils host Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA) to play the Trojans in a Laurel Highlands bout on Friday, February 10. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 8-11. Greater Johnstown won 48-43 in their recent league bout against Richland (Johnstown, PA)

Next up, the Marauders play the Forest Hills Rangers (Sidman, PA) in a Laurel Highlands bout, on Monday, February 13. Bishop Guilfoyle will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 18-2 record after their 41-39 league loss to Westmont Hilltop (Johnstown, PA).
