Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Chartiers Valley Colts (Bridgeville, PA), 37-31 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mt. Lebanon upgrades its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 12-9. Cumberland Valley lost 59-40 in their recent league bout against State College (State College, PA)

Next up, the Colts play the Thomas Jefferson Jaguars (Jefferson Hills, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Chartiers Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Jaguars come into the bout with a 5-12 record after their 39-30 league loss to Greater Latrobe (Latrobe, PA).
