Sierra Stallions (Colorado Springs, CO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Elizabeth Cardinals (Elizabeth, CO), 33-24 in a league bout.

With the win, Sierra upgrades its record to 9-12 on the season. The Stallions travel to Mitchell (Colorado Springs, CO) to clash with the Marauders in a 5A/4A Colorado Springs Metro - Nouth bout on Monday, February 13. The Marauders go into the bout with a record of 0-18. Mitchell lost 59-6 in their recent league bout against The Classical Academy (Colorado Springs, CO)

Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Falcon Falcons (Falcon, CO) in a 5A/4A Colorado Springs Metro - Nouth bout, on Monday, February 13. Elizabeth will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 15-5 record after their 52-12 non-league win over Harrison (Colorado Springs, CO).
