Minnesota High School Basketball - Stillwater overwhelms Forest Lake
February 9, 2023: Forest Lake, MN 55025 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Stillwater Ponies (Stillwater, MN) and the host Forest Lake Rangers (Forest Lake, MN), saw Stillwater's basketball squad wallop Forest Lake by a tally of 70-38.
With the victory, Stillwater improves its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Ponies travel to Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN) to confront the Stars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 11. The Stars come into the challenge with a record of 16-4. Academy of Holy Angels won 71-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Fridley (Fridley, MN)
Next up, the Rangers confront the Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN) in a AAAA Section 7 challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Forest Lake will attempt to improve on its 7-15 season record. The Bengals come into the challenge with a 9-9 record after their 66-59 non-league loss to Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN).
