Maine High School Ice Hockey - Marshwood can't get by Freeport
February 9, 2023: Freeport, ME 04032 Freeport Falcons (Freeport, ME) fans left the game thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the visiting Marshwood Hawks (South Berwick, ME), 3-2 in a league match.
The Falcons (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME). The Red Storm enter the Class A match with a 7-5 record.
Next up, the Hawks encounter the Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME) in a Class A match, on Tuesday, February 14. Marshwood will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 3-6 record after their 4-0 league loss to Edward Little (Auburn, ME).
