Minnesota High School Basketball - Ada-Borup tops East Grand Forks

Ada-Borup Cougars (Ada, MN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting East Grand Forks Green Wave (East Grand Forks, MN), 64-54 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ada-Borup upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Cougars host Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton (Glyndon, MN) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Monday, February 12. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 12-8. Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton won 71-37 in their recent non-league bout against Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MN)

Next up, the Green Wave play the Crookston Pirates (Crookston, MN) in a AA Section 8 bout, on Tuesday, February 13. East Grand Forks will attempt to upgrade on its 10-13 season record. The Pirates come into the bout with a 5-16 record after their 58-55 non-league win over Stephen-Argyle Central (Stephen, MN).
