Texas High School Basketball - Bethesda Christian crushes Sacred Heart
February 9, 2024: Muenster, TX 76252 Bethesda Christian Lions (Fort Worth, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Sacred Heart Tigers (Muenster, TX), 57-34 in a league bout.
With the victory, Bethesda Christian upgrades its record to 28-8 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Mercy Culture Prep (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Royals in a TAPPS 2A District 2 bout on Monday, February 12. The Royals come into the bout with a record of 7-9. Mercy Culture Prep won 75-28 in their recent league bout against Harvest Christian (Watauga, TX)
Next up, the Tigers play the Harvest Christian Saints (Watauga, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 2 bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Sacred Heart will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Saints come into the bout with a 3-17 record after their 68-26 league loss to Nazarene Christian Academy (Crowley, TX).
