The Elgin Comets basketball team (Marion, OH), was overwhelmed 64-36 in Friday's league battle with the host Perry Commodores (Lima, OH)

The Commodores now possess a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenton for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 10. Perry will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 65-61 league win over Van Wert (Van Wert, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-8.
