Maryland High School Basketball - Fallston fells Rising Sun
February 9, 2024: North East, MD 21901 Fallston Cougars (Fallston, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD), 74-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Fallston upgrades its record to 10-9 on the season. The Cougars host Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD) to clash with the Eagles in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehana bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-10. Bohemia Manor won 49-22 in their recent league bout against North East (North East, MD)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the North Harford Hawks (Pylesville, MD) in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehana bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Rising Sun will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 2-16 record after their 92-42 league loss to Joppatowne (Joppa, MD).
