The Golden Eagles now sport a 23-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Annawan for a Lincoln Trail battle on Tuesday, February 13. Mercer County will battle a Braves team coming off a 64-46 league loss to Princeville (Princeville, IL). The Braves record now stands at 22-6.
The Wildcats (8-19) will now prepare for their battle against Knoxville (Knoxville, IL). The Blue Bullets come into the Lincoln Trail battle with a 4-25 record. In their last battle, Knoxville was routed by Quest Charter Academy (Peoria, IL), 81-50, in a non-league battle.
