Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders (Gatlinburg, TN) and the visiting Sevier County Smoky Bears (Sevierville, TN), saw Gatlinburg-Pittman's basketball squad hold off Sevier County by a tally of 51-46.

With the victory, Gatlinburg-Pittman improves its record to 22-5 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to McMinn Central (Englewood, TN) to confront the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 12. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 15-10. McMinn Central won 77-71 in their recent league challenge against Meigs County (Decatur, TN)
