February 9, 2024: Wheatland, WY 82201 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Wheatland Bulldogs (Wheatland, WY) and the visiting Glenrock Herders (Glenrock, WY), saw Wheatland's basketball squad overcome Glenrock by a tally of 53-35.
With the victory, Wheatland improves its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Douglas (Douglas, WY) to confront the Bearcats in a 3A Southeast challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Douglas won 84-42 in their recent league challenge against Torrington (Torrington, WY)
Next up, the Herders confront the Newcastle Dogies (Newcastle, WY) in a 3A Northeast challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Glenrock will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Dogies come into the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 68-39 league win over Moorcroft (Moorcroft, WY).
