Missouri High School Basketball - Lockwood ripped by Marionville
February 9, 2024: Marionville, MO 65705 The Marionville Comets basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Lockwood Tigers to 41 in the Comets league triumph on Friday.
The Comets now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miller for a Southwest contest on Tuesday, February 13. Marionville will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 56-24 non-league win over Greenfield (Greenfield, MO). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-9.
The Tigers (15-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sarcoxie (Sarcoxie, MO). The Bears enter the Southwest contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Sarcoxie triumphed over Diamond (Diamond, MO), 55-44, in a league contest.
