February 9, 2024: Rochester Hills, MI 48309 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lutheran Northwest Crusaders (Rochester Hills, MI) and the visiting Oakland Christian Lancers (Auburn Hills, MI), saw Lutheran Northwest's basketball squad hold off Oakland Christian by a tally of 38-37.
With the victory, Lutheran Northwest improves its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Clarenceville (Livonia, MI) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 4-12. Clarenceville won 55-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Southfield Christian (Southfield, MI)
Next up, the Lancers confront the Plymouth Christian Academy Eagles (Canton, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Blue challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Oakland Christian will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 52-44 non-league loss to Genesee Christian (Burton, MI).
