Texas High School Basketball - Naaman Forest tipped by Rowlett
February 9, 2024: Rowlett, TX 75088 The Rowlett Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Naaman Forest Rangers to 68 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 10-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sachse for a 6A Region II District 9 contest on Tuesday, February 13. Rowlett will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 77-74 league win over Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 20-9.
The Rangers (12-20) will now prepare for their contest against Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Raiders enter the 6A Region II District 9 contest with a 16-8 record. In their last contest, Wylie East nudged Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX), 69-35, in a league contest.
