In their next game, the Hornets meet the Tupelo Tigers (Tupelo, OK) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 10. Stuart will attempt to better on its 20-6 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 16-9 record after their 68-37 non-league win over Haileyville (Haileyville, OK).
With the defeat, Pittsburg moves to 8-16 on the year.
