The Winthrop Vikings basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Gloucester Fishermen to 57 in the Vikings league triumph on Monday.

The Vikings now have a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Beverly for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 11. Winthrop will confront a Panthers team coming off a 58-55 league loss to Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 13-4.
