The North Central Texas Academy Pioneers basketball team scored 45 points and held the host East Texas Homeschool Sports Chargers to 24 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pioneers now sport a 21-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas Alliance of Christian Athletes for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 2. North Central Texas Academy will battle a Storm team coming off a 72-57 league loss to Dynamic Prep (Irving, TX). The Storm record now stands at 11-12.
The Chargers (23-11) will now prepare for their contest against Gloria Deo Academy (Bulverde, TX). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Gloria Deo Academy triumphed over Corpus Christi United (Corpus Christi, TX), 50-43, in a non-league contest.
