The Garner Trojans (Garner, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC), 72-61 in Friday's non-league test.

The Trojans (22-7) will now prepare for their test against Green Level (Cary, NC). The Gators go into the non-league outing with a 28-1 record. In their last outing, Green Level defeated Wakefield (Raleigh, NC), 55-48, in a non-league outing.
