Arizona High School Volleyball - Deer Valley tips Willow Canyon

Deer Valley Skyhawks (Glendale, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Skyhawks clash with the Seton Catholic Sentinels (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 5. Deer Valley will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Sentinels come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ).

With the loss, Willow Canyon drops to 5-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ) to clash with the Monsoon in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 5.
