March 1, 2024: Templeton, CA 93465 The Merced Bears topped the host Templeton Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bears now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Righetti for a non-league test on Saturday, March 2. Merced will confront a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-5.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Pioneer Valley was knocked off by Laguna Blanca (Santa Barbara, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
