The Shades Valley Mounties baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting North Sand Mountain Bison to 11 in the Mounties non-league win on Saturday.

The Mounties now own a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they host McAdory for a non-league test on Thursday, March 6.

With the defeat, North Sand Mountain drops to 5-2 on the year. The Bison host Collinsville (Collinsville, AL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Monday, March 3. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 5-3. Collinsville won 13-0 in their recent non-league test against Sumiton Christian (Sumiton, AL)
