Arizona High School Baseball - Odyssey Institute edges Shadow Mountain

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Odyssey Institute Minotaur baseball team scored a close 8-5 victory over the Shadow Mountain Matadors.

The Minotaur (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Highland Prep (Surprise, AZ). The Honey Badgers enter the 3A West game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Highland Prep by Madison Highland Prep (Phoenix, AZ), 10-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Matadors face the Cortez Colts (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 4. Shadow Mountain will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Colts enter the game with a 1-4 record after their 12-8 non-league win over South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ).
