Texas High School Baseball - Stratford wallops Strake Jesuit
March 1, 2025: Houston, TX 77036 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Stratford Spartans (Houston, TX) and the host Strake Jesuit Fighting Crusaders (Houston, TX), saw Stratford's baseball team gain a win over Strake Jesuit by a tally of 13-3.
The Spartans (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bridgeland (Cypress, TX). The Bears enter the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Bridgeland was overwhelmed by Guyer (Denton, TX), 4-3, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Strake Jesuit drops to 3-2 on the year. The Fighting crusaders travel to La Porte (La Porte, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 4-4. La Porte lost 6-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Clemens (Schertz, TX)
