March 1, 2025: Travelers Rest, SC 29690 The Travelers Rest Devildogs baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Seneca Bobcats to 7 in the Devildogs non-league win on Saturday.
The Devildogs now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pendleton for a non-league test on Monday, March 3. Travelers Rest will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 17-3 non-league loss to Easley (Easley, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Seneca drops to 0-1 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Walhalla (Walhalla, SC) to play the Razorbacks in a non-league test on Monday, March 3. The Razorbacks go into the test with a record of 2-0. Walhalla won 11-3 in their recent non-league test against Pickens (Pickens, SC)
