The East Central Hornets baseball team (Moss Point, MS), was tipped 2-1 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Long Beach Bearcats (Long Beach, MS)

The Bearcats now hold a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host D'Iberville for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 11. Long Beach will confront a Warriors team coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to Biloxi (Biloxi, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 5-5.
