Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Vista Grande Spartans (Casa Grande, AZ), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Poston Butte upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Broncos travel to Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ) to battle the Coyotes in a non-league test on Monday, March 13. The Coyotes come into the test with a record of 8-2. Campo Verde won 8-6 in their recent non-league test against Highland (Gilbert, AZ)

With the defeat, Vista Grande falls to 2-6 on the season. The Spartans travel to American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 15. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-6.
