Georgia High School Lacrosse - Cherokee overwhelms Sequoyah
March 10, 2023: Canton, GA 30115 The crowd at Friday's non-league game between the Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA) and the host Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA), saw Cherokee's lacrosse team top Sequoyah by a final score of 14-3.
The Warriors (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Creekview (Canton, GA). The Grizzlies enter the non-league game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Creekview was overwhelmed by Lassiter (Marietta, GA), 5-4, in a non-league game.
The Chiefs (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Dalton (Dalton, GA). The Catamounts enter the 5A-6A Area 4 game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Dalton toppled Notre Dame (Chattanooga, TN), 9-3, in a non-league game.
