March 10, 2023: Decatur, GA 30034 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Rockdale County Bulldogs (Conyers, GA) and the host Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA), saw Rockdale County's soccer squad triumph over Southwest DeKalb by a count of 8-1.
The Bulldogs now hold a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Morrow for a 6A Area 3 test on Monday, March 13. Rockdale County will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Forest Park (Forest Park, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Southwest DeKalb drops to 3-7 on the season. The Panthers host Clarkston (Clarkston, GA) to meet the Angoras in a 4A Area 6 test on Tuesday, March 14. The Angoras come into the test with a record of 9-3. Clarkston lost 1-0 in their recent league test against Druid Hills (Atlanta, GA)
