Louisiana High School Softball - Sacred Heart topped by West Monroe
March 11, 2023: Ville Platte, LA 70586 The West Monroe Rebels softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Sacred Heart Trojans to 10 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, West Monroe moves its record to 10-6 on the year. The Rebels travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league game on Saturday, March 11. The Cavaliers come into the game with a record of 11-5. Calvary Baptist Academy won 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Sacred Heart (Ville Platte, LA)
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Opelousas Catholic Vikings (Opelousas, LA) in a 2A District 5 game, on Tuesday, March 14. Sacred Heart will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 2-1 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA).
