In Tuesday's league bout, the East Mecklenburg Eagles (Charlotte, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), by a tally of 15-3.

Next up, the Eagles encounter the A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 13. East Mecklenburg will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Wonders enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 12-8 non-league loss to Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
