The Alexander Central Cougars baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting North Davidson Black Knights to 2 in the Cougars non-league win on Tuesday.

The Cougars now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Rowan for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 12. Alexander Central will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Robinson (Concord, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 3-2.

With the defeat, North Davidson drops to 2-3 on the year. The Black knights host High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, March 13. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 0-2.
