Nevada High School Softball - Laughlin bounces Sandy Valley
March 11, 2025: Sandy Valley, NV 89019 The Laughlin Cougars softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Sandy Valley Sidewinders to 0 in the Cougars non-league win on Tuesday.
The Cougars now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Indian Springs for a non-league battle on Friday, March 14. Laughlin will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 20-14 non-league loss to Awaken Christian (Las Vegas, NV). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Sandy Valley moves to 0-2 on the season. The Sidewinders host Tonopah (Tonopah, NV) to confront the Muckers in a non-league battle on Friday, March 14. The Muckers come into the battle with a record of 0-4. Tonopah lost 20-5 in their recent non-league battle against Laughlin (Laughlin, NV)
