The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Madison Central Jaguars (Madison, MS) and the host Ocean Springs Greyhounds (Ocean Springs, MS), saw Madison Central's baseball team gain a win over Ocean Springs by a tally of 8-5.

The Jaguars (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lafayette (Oxford, MS). The Commodores enter the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Lafayette held off Jackson Academy (Jackson, MS), 7-2, in a non-league battle.
